Carbon4 Finance is a provider of climate and biodiversity data solutions for the financial sector.
The company offers a comprehensive set of data covering physical and transition risks, as well as biodiversity footprint. These methodologies enable the financial sector to measure the carbon and biodiversity footprints of their portfolios, assess alignment with a 2°C scenario, and measure impacts linked to climate change and biodiversity loss.
Carbon4 Finance is looking for a "client relationship manager" to provide high-quality customer service to institutional clients (insurers, asset managers, banks, pension funds, etc.), and to promote a market and regulatory context that gives greater weight to climate and biodiversity analysis of portfolios.
Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, he/she will have the following responsibilities :
-Manage a portfolio of clients: provide day-to-day support to some of C4F's strategic clients by acting as a point of reference - answering questions, providing personalized follow-up, promoting the use of C4F data by the client.
-Development of a customer experience strategy in coordination with the Customer Relations Manager: analyze the customer experience (listening, usage statistics, etc.), identify and monitor relevant indicators, propose areas for improvement.
-Contribute to continuous improvement : set up internal processes to facilitate the development of quality customer service within C4F (e.g. Customer FAQ, implementation of new tools, etc.).
-Collaborate on a daily basis with the entire Carbon4 Finance team, in particular the Sales team and the Operations team (which includes the Knowledge and Data Sectors).
Profile required :
With a university, business school or engineering degree, the candidate will have :
-Experience (min. 3 years) on a permanent contract in a bank or asset manager.
-Good knowledge of the extra-financial data market and the financial world.
The qualities sought are as follows :
-Excellent empathy, good interpersonal skills and good listening skills.
-Rigor, proactivity and autonomy.
-A very good level of fluent professional English and French is required, both written and spoken.
-Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot is a plus).
The ability to work as part of a team and human qualities will be decisive in fulfilling this mission.

Gross annual salary : depending on experience and qualifications. Remuneration includes fixed and variable portions and a profit-sharing scheme linked to collective performance.
