The Platform on Sustainable Finance releases its response to the Call for Feedback on the Taxonomy Delegated Acts regarding the criteria for the last four objectives out of the total six objectives of the EU taxonomy. The Platform’s recommendations aim to improve the usability and the applicability of the Commission’s criteria.

A study from the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) reveals that the number of financial institutions having policies on the restriction of coal investment has doubled since 2019. Europe is the region with the highest number of financial institutions having divested from coal.


EU Members of Parliament voted in favor of the first European legislation to cut methane emissions from the energy sector.
